The revision of the machine tools, which Omnitech brings, is applicable to Hardware parts, Mechanical, Electromechanical and Electronic equipment. In reference to the software: it is updated to the very last version according to the specific machine model.
After having located the prices and defined the preliminary costs of the parts to be replaced Omnitech and the Purchaser, on the basis of a cost and benefit analysis, agree upon the revision level of the machine.
The machine is disassembled into elementary units that are washed with special detergents and then treated at room temperature.
The parts that are found to be not reliable are promptly replaced with original spare parts, if available, or with parts redesigned in the lab. Regarding the latter, Omnitech assure conformity with the original parts.
The same parts are then verified with the appropriate equipment and reassembled into subsystems.
The subsystems are verified by simulation and, when the system/machine is reassembled, an accurate diagnostic functional test is run.
