In relation to the software, it is updated to the last level reached from a certain model. After locating the prices and defined the preliminary costs of the parts to be replaced, Omnitech and the Purchaser shall decide, on the basis of thresholds of convenience, the revision level of the machine.
The machine is disassembled into elementary units that are washed with special detergent and then treated at room temperature.
The parts that are not considered trustworthy are promptly replaced with original spare parts, if available, or with redesigned parts in the lab.
For parts redesigned in the laboratory, Omnitech gives conformity with the original. The same parts are then verified with the appropriate equipment and reassembled into subsystems.
The subsystems are verified by simulation and, when the system / machine is reassembled, it runs an accurate diagnostic test functional.
