SIGATO manages the processes of intervention (from the "call" to the completion of the intervention), the supply and distribution of replacement parts and kits, the intrumentation management (the schedule of inspections and calibrations, loans, refunds etc.), the processing of data for statistical analysis, the elaboration of service offers etc.
SIGATO elaborates as well the "indicators" needed to run a good company management such as "indicators" of process, cost, time, inputs and outputs quality, financial, patrimonial and economical.
INTELLIGART is an "Expert System", which is accessible via the Internet, which supports either the maintenance technicians or the customer himself in the trouble-shooting, suggesting them the most likely failure cause on the basis of internal data base.
It proposes trouble shooting flowcharts to help the maintenance technician to find the solution of the problem.
The system is able to "interact" in "remote" with machines equipped with a remote diagnosis system and / or self-diagnosis.
